I recently had the pleasure and privilege of working with Justin Smith throughout the process of buying my first home. It definitely seemed like a daunting process as a first time homeowner, but Justin was beyond helpful and thorough during the entire process which definitely made my part easy. Furthermore, Justin worked diligently in his efforts to help secure an IHDA first time home owners loan which is not easily done; especially for condos. I was extremely picky on what I was looking for in my first home and very uneducated on the entire home purchasing process. I also had a very small window of time I could go to showings due to work. Justin helped me through every step of the process and educated me on every little concern I had to the best of his abilities. We looked at nearly 15 locations before I placed an offer on one and Justin arrived on time to every one of the showings. He was very professional throughout the entire process and was available to call or text everyday nearly all day. Justin is the only realtor I would recommend in the Northern Illinois area.

Justin was very thorough and willing to problem solve whenever needed. He was very easy to get ahold of when we needed to discuss the process of purchasing our home. He negotiated terms and successfully assisted in making sure all of our needs were met through out the entire purchase process.

Justin is awesome! We didn’t know much being first time buyers but he guided us through everything and made it a super easy process! He is always there any day or time you need him and he does things very fast and efficient. He gets things done and it was great working with him. I can’t imagine working with any other realtor to purchase our home. He found the best properties and was very quick in getting us a showing. We will definitely be using Justin from here on out!
