Melissa is awesome! She helped me find and purchase a home! Super helpful and responsive with no pressure or hassling. It is can be overwhelming and confusing when you're trying to figure out all the logistics on your own, but Melissa knows every step of the process and gives you actual good advice on homes and does not want to see her clients get into a bad deal. Melissa was excellent to work with on the real estate transaction. She has excellent local knowledge. Melissa assisted greatly with working with the Local Utility company and Inspection companies to make the Sale. She represented me in a very good way, and If I ever have real estate transactions in Alaska again, I will contact Melissa First.

Melissa and Grace were very helpful. We had no idea our home would sell for the price that was suggested or sell quickly to. Where were a few issues that needed addressing. When needed they were quick to make suggestions like a carpenter to finish a small job. They listened to any concerns we had and provided solutions.

The amount of effort and time Melissa T Daugherty put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, they spent their entire evening walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, they were always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and they would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Melissa T Daugherty does it – and to the fault of everyone else I worked with – they set my expectations really high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them.
