Beware - Unethical agent, and will not deal in good-faith. This individual was sellers agent through Millenium . They initially accepted the offer, went into attorney review - started shopping around and used up my information, lied to us saying the sellers were not responsive for 2 weeks - and then later selled it over to another buyer as a dual agent. Now they get to enjoy commission from both sides. The thing is we were ready to pay more - but given the commission involved, seems like this agent never brought it to the seller as well. Unfortunately, I lost the house and the seller lost a good deal too. Beware dealing with this person as they dont seem to keep their own client interest foremost.

Melisa sold 12/23/25 my house in Edison. This realtor acted in an extremely unprofessional and unethical manner. She sold a house in which I hold 30% ownership and did not include me in any communications or decisions related to the sale. I was kept completely out of the loop, and my personal property and information were used without authorization. This behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about her integrity and respect for clients’ rights.

Melisa was amazing in helping my family find the rental that we needed. She was extremely professional and responsive in getting us set up in our new living space. We highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a new home as she will ensure you that you have all of your needs met.

Working with Melisa was an exceptional experience as we had to be very flexible during this process due to various issues and Melisa made sure that we were always in communication with her. Melisa was unbelievably professional and gave us great advise throughout the entire lengthy ordeal of selling / buying at same time. Would certainly recommend Melisa to anyone that needs a home purchased or sold
