They offered their expertise in fixing their home, assisted with the contractors and then listing/photo shoot/marketing/inspection/closing attorney. they did everything and we were notified promptly.

Deepak and Pinky both are extremely knowledgeable, very understanding, answered all my questions about house buying process. We are buying house for the first time, so we didn't have a lot of knowledge, Deepak explained all the process in very detail in his office, came with us on inspection day, showed us house many times.
