We have had Deepak sell our home, we had to evict a tenant, and we put close to 50 k in fixing the property after the eviction, the house had a detached garage and a full basement with a setup for home office, bar and stall shower, however we were just getting offers below the market value, for a corner lot with only one neighbor on the side, and walkable distance to school and a park. We decided to fire our real estate agent and try Deepak and Pinky. I have been buying and selling homes for 2 decades, and I have seen real estate agents work you in favor of investors, but I haven't seen a real estate agent who intrinsically knows how to go about selling a home, with the marketing tools, to the know how on sell strategy, above all the passion to do it. I have had to go through unpaid rent of nearly 2 years, eviction, radon gas issues, pet urine smells, code enforcement on house bought 25 years ago with a second kitchen, vested interests trying to distress the value of my home and previous dysfunctional realtors. But Deepak and Pinky sold my home to approximately 30 k above asking price, and all throughout the process there was their guidance which helped us persevere enough through the entire process.

Had a great experience with Pinky and Deepak. Had purchased a home in Florida and needed to sell my home quickly. They found me a buyer w/ a full price cash offer. Was able to close on both homes and moved to Florida in a short timeframe. I’m very grateful for their kindness, knowledge and expertise they gave to me. Good hands to be in!!!!
