Analytic, Thoughtful, Supportive, and Extremely Market Aware Melinda made the entire process of selling our home remarkably easy. She was enormously helpful and insightful in guiding us through the initial steps of listing our home (decluttering, staging, listing text, photos, etc), and determining a realistic listing price that made market sense and left us quite happy. She brought to bear her well vetted list of contacts that helped move everything along flawlessly. When some unexpected Buyer issues did arise, Melinda was the much needed cool head, strategic thinker, and thoughtful soul that not only got us through the moment of difficulty, but landed us on the other-side (with a new Buyer) in a much better place, in every regard. The (remote) Closing process was simple and again well guided by Melinda. I would unequivocally and happily recommend Melinda to anyone looking to Sell (or Buy) a property :)

Melinda is a gift to the business. Very savy and knows her way around the field. Easy to work with. As an investor it is a blessing to have an agent that understands our needs. She’s knowledgeble for residential buyers as well as investors. Best choice .

Melinda White is top notch. I have recommended her to two of my neighbors all ready. If I had a question Melinda responded in a timely fashion. Helpful suggestions were made to get our house sold. Bright, professional and not condescending. It was a pleasure working with her. Selling your house is stressful but is Melinda there for you taking the stress away.
