From the start of the process, they were on top of everything I would need to do to budget, apply for a mortgage, and search for a house to purchase. David and Lori made every step of the process clear and easy to understand, and they were always recommending highly-rated sources to work with on our mortgage and closing tasks. They set me up on an incredibly useful website that matched my needs and wants to available houses in my area, while staying in my budget the entire time. They also visited some properties for me, and gave honest and complete reviews of each one. Caron was essential in keeping me on track with everything that needed to be completed before closing day, and Matthew was generous enough to lend his time and a helping hand when I needed to move some large items. Kaylah created a beautiful post commemorating our achievement, and everyone was gathered there with me on the closing day to make it feel even more special. Having lived in our Connecticut home for 44 years, we decided it was time to relocate closer to family with a new grandchild on the way. Our choice was the North Attleboro, MA area, where we found our agent, Caron Shores. She shared daily searches so we could plan to arrive for weekend open houses. Caron knew how imperative it was to us to be in the area for the arrival of our grandchild, and worked toward finding her us the best house to suit our needs.
