It was the best decision having Lori Seavey and team as our agent when it came time to purchasing a new home. Her expertise in the housing market and knowledge of neighborhoods is unmatched. She is extremely professional, friendly, and responsive, and she offered great advice when we needed it. Lori and team were so involved during the entire purchasing process and helped us so much along the way. With that, we were able to find our dream home! We would 100% recommend the Lori Seavey Realty team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Do yourself a favor and choose Lori Seavey Realty Team. Within five minutes of meeting Lori and Caron they felt like family. My fiancé and I were first-time homebuyers who knew very little about the process. L&C were always available to answer our questions, make us feel genuinely cared for, and offer professional advice. We began working with Caron and found our dream home just as she was about to leave on a family trip. Lori swooped in (not having even met us yet) and attended the open house, answered my multitude of phone calls on offer day despite her busy schedule, and negotiated at a top tier level. Fast forward to closing and Caron was the gem who guided us seamlessly through the process. She accompanied us to our closing (she also doubles as a great photographer) and was sure to check in on us with updates along the way. These are powerhouse women!! Their local connections and knowledge of the area are unmatched. We will always be grateful for their help, kindness, and determination to deliver the result you not only hope for, but deserve.

Lori is just an amazing person to work with, right form the beginning, her main focus was to make sure to sell the house for a higher price, she is extremely thorough and very detail oriented, she helped us every step of the way from the time we decided to sell and till the time of closing, communication was extremely thorough, she was available all the time in spite of having so many clients, very friendly and approachable, the one thing we learnt from this experience is "Just listen to Lori" you are in good hands and will never regret your decision, Lori's team Caron and team are just amazing, Lori not only is thorough, detail oriented, she also has a team who has the same mindset. Thank you to Lori may be simple words but we are truly grateful and definitely made the right decision to go with Lori in selling our home. I would recommend her to anyone who is either selling a home or buying one, thank you so much Lori, Caron and team

We loved working with Lori! She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the home-buying process.
