Having lived in our Connecticut home for 44 years, we decided it was time to relocate closer to family with a new grandchild on the way. Our choice was the North Attleboro, MA area, where we found our agent, Caron Shores. She shared daily searches so we could plan to arrive for weekend open houses. Caron knew how imperative it was to us to be in the area for the arrival of our grandchild, and worked toward finding her us the best house to suit our needs. After numerous trips to MA, she was able to find us the perfect home within our price range and specificities. She guided us through the whole buying process, answering our questions about the neighborhood and modifications on the home made by the previous owner. Working with The Seavey team for both the sale of our home in North Attleboro in September 2025 and then once again with the purchase of a new place in Norton MA in November 2025. They attention to details and staging for the sale was off the charts and spot on for a quick sale. Their process works and is efficient with the sellers time. On the other side, making sure I did not miss any red flags during a purchase, scheduling inspections, and being present with me the whole way through the purchase was amazing.
