Matthew was a phenomenal asset during the home buying process, he is vastly knowledgeable of what to look out for in potential homes, has GREAT bedside manners, and truly wants to put you and your family into a great home. as a first time home buyer I could not have been more grateful for Matthew Stebbins as my realtor! 100% genuine and would recommend to everyone. He made a very daunting and confusing process into an almost effortless ordeal due to his easy going nature, something i believe personally to be what sets him above and beyond the industry standard! Communication from Matthew was top notch as well, it was reassuring getting a phone call nearly twice a day for multiple days out of the week on updates, questions, requests etc.. needless to say, even in todays market Matthew was able to instill confidence and reassurance to a first time home buyer to be able to walk into the door of the home almost within a months time. I cannot personally recommend Matthew more!

I contacted Matt almost 2 years before actually completing our home purchase when home ownership seemed too far out of reach for my family. He didn't mind that I wasn't ready to make a purchase and gave me his time, dedication, and advise whenever needed. About 6 months prior to purchase I explained my reluctance and was working on repairing credit issues, he got me in contact with a mortgage company that actually worked with me on advising throughout the credit repair process. I was still unsure that this was actually a possibility to purchase a home, but as I followed advise and continued working with Matt and looking at properties he regularly sent everything lined up perfectly and within a few months I was moving my family out of an apartment and into a home of our own. It can be very overwhelming and confusing thinking about homeownership which is where Matt steps in and guides you flawlessly throughout the entire process. His housewarming gift hangs in the middle of our living room reminding me of our journey to get into our own home. Highly recommend he is your first call when thinking about buying a home, I have no doubt this wouldn't have been possible without his help and guidance!

Matthew was. a pleasure to work with. Always attentive and courteous he was very attentive of our family’s needs and kept a positive outlook even when things were not going well. We had some setbacks in our search but Matthew was always there to lend a helping hand and good communication and knowledge. We would recommend Matthew highly to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Matthew did a great job and took the time to show up properties driving up and down the county several time, arranged a great building inspector. We were absent for closing and he went to property and did a video walkthrough for us.
