Matthew and Mike Sharman are fantastic to work with. I was selling our family home of 33 years and it could have been very overwhelming but they made the process much easier. Matt's knowledge of the area and market was incredibly helpful. He kept me updated and was always available for questions. He highlighted the unique features of my farm house allowing me to get well over asking price. He treated us like family and I never felt pressured. If you are looking for a down to earth, personable, professional, kind team to buy or sell a home, keep reading! Matt and his father Mike were wonderful to work with. They came to each and every showing prepared with information that was so helpful. They provided me with a print out of information that they took the time to research before showing me each house. Not to mention they never pressured any sale no matter the amount of times I told them a house was not right for me. They were more than there for me throughout the entire process even showing me the same house more than once (because I am indecisive!). Throughout the whole process, they remained professional, supportive, honest, and were always thinking in my best interest. I really can’t thank them enough. If you are looking for a realtor, don’t hesitate to reach out to the Sharman team! The best part is, I did not know them until they were recommended to me and I am beyond grateful they were! It felt as if I knew them longer. Additionally, they were able to sponsor materials for my classroom which is beyond generous!
