From the day we met Matthew and his father Mike at the first property back in April, I knew he was going to be a great fit. With his father's wealth of experience — including a seat on the zoning board — it was incredibly helpful to get both of their insights. But what stood out most was that they were never pushy. They laid out all the options clearly and let us decide what was best for us. I’ll admit, we were probably a bit of a challenge with our focused search on distressed farms, land, and similar properties. But in the end, we found exactly what we were looking for — and Matthew moved immediately. He put in the offer and had the contract locked down on the fourth day after the property went on the market. He moved fast and got it done. Even more importantly, they were willing to work with us as deaf clients — and made the process smooth and respectful. In the end, I’m so glad we found them. I couldn’t recommend Matthew more!

I’ve worked with The Sharman Team, led by Matthew Sharman, both when I bought my home and recently when I sold it — and I can’t recommend them highly enough. When it came time to sell, they gave smart, honest advice about what prep work was worth doing and what wasn’t. They made the whole process easy by connecting me with trusted vendors who did great work, and they did a fantastic job highlighting the unique features of my home — especially the smart home technology — to potential buyers. They also suggested a sales approach I never would’ve thought of on my own, and it ended up working out incredibly well — we sold for significantly more than asking. On top of that, they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It’s worth noting that they also helped me buy this home originally, and it was absolutely the right fit for me at the time. I was sorry to let it go, but my life has changed, and I’m so grateful to The Sharman Team for being there on both ends of the journey.

Earlier this year my wife and I decided that we were ready to purchase our first home. I already knew Mike Sharman through my job and he offered to help us with finding a house even before officially becoming our realtor. Once he did he worked tirelessly around the clock to find the perfect home for us! He would always answer our calls and texts no matter the time of the day or the week! Since this was our first home, Mike taught us a lot about the process and was patient and incredibly knowledgeable! We grew to fully trust his judgement over the course of the several months he worked for us! From his own recommendation we were able to find an amazing home where we hope to spend the rest of our lives! We also got to know Matt throughout the process and he was very kind and even more hard working! He called us personally to congratulate us on the day we closed on our home!
