Matt was wonderful to work with. He always kept me informed about the various processes involved in selling a house in which I did not live. I know he worked very hard to get the house sold as quickly as possible. He is a treasure and I would work with him again.

I don't normally write reviwes, but after wasting 6 months and thousands of dollars on repair after needless repair, I was very unsatisfied with our prior agent before I search out then reached out to Matt. Over the prior 6 months I had a total of 10 showings. With Matt we had over 10 showings the first week. We had multiple offers within the first 3 weeks. And our house sold within 2 months. It's a no brainer. Matt DePaolis is a real estate agent that you can count on.....

Matt assisted us with selling our home right when the new loan requirements came out. Due to this we had a difficult time with the closing company and lender. Due to their requirements our closing date was moved several times. Matt was very patient with us and always called us back. He is very knowledgable and more than willing to help with anything he could. I reccomend him to anyone trying to buy or sell a home, he is awesome!!!

Working with Matt was a great experience. I was selling the home of my parents, and I was hoping for the whole process to be as painless as possible. Matt was great at keeping me informed every step of the way, he was never difficult to get in touch with, and explained everything clearly. He helped connect my parents' house with buyers who were absolutely thrilled to get it, and who I am sure will give it the love and attention it deserves.
