Scott is an amazing agent, businessman and human being. My family was having an extremely difficult year and in the middle of that, had to put my father's home on the market. The stress was overwhelming, but Scott made the process manageable. I never had to worry about anything when it came to the sale of the home. He handled it all, and I mean everything! He went over and above in so many ways - little things, big things, none of it went un-noticed. We are grateful for all that he did, silently in the background so we could manage other obstacles life was throwing at us. We appreciated his professionalism as well as his genuine care and concern for our family. Please don't hesitate to contact Scott regarding the sale or purchase of your home. My husband and I worked with Kerry for about 2.5 years. She showed us tons and tons of houses, but we just could not seem to find the right one. Despite many houses not being a good fit Kerry continued to happily work with us and show us houses until we found the perfect fit! She actually suggested we look at the house that we ended up buying! I absolutely feel in love with it once we toured it!! Now, my husband and I have purchased our very first home and we would not have been able to do it without her. I would recommend her to anyone. She is a very hard worker and truly cares about all of her clients. Kerry will stick with you until the very end when you find your dream home!

Kerry was a very kind and understanding landlord. If there were ever any issues they were handled right away. She was very easy to get a hold of and very responsive. There was never a time I felt something was not taken care of. My husband and I absolutely loved renting from her. We rented from her prior to buying our first house. The property was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and had no issues. I would definitely recommend renting from Kerry!

Kerry was very knowledgeable and professional. She was very good with communication and worked with my schedule. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions and Kerry patiently and thoughtfully answered with her experience and expertise. It was a little intimidating dealing with a professional, but Kerry was also good at bringing things down to my level and being casual when appropriate. As a resident in the Altoona area herself, Kerry was incredibly helpful with telling me about simple things like grocery stores or which schools were good and other things about the area. When it came time for the first offer, Kerry was very encouraging with what we had and helped us make a plan for farther out with a counter offer or other negotiations. I would highly recommend Kerry Gority.
