Good afternoon Matt was the professional i was looking for. From start to end he was amazing. Not only was he amazing. Matt has been absolutely amazing in getting me my first real estate investment rental property. The search was long and hard, and he made sure to assist in every single step of it. There were also lot of hiccups along the way till the closing date and he played a huge role in making sure we get through it. He has also been a great mentor in helping me understanding all the nuances and processes along the way for my first investment. Selling my Mom's house was one of the hardest things I've had to do. With patience and compassion Matt made the process easier. He kept me informed every step of the way. If I had a question I knew Matt was a text away. I never felt like I was bothering him, evenings and weekends included! I should mention I was one of 5 sellers which made Matt's work x5!
