Selling a home is never easy. Selling 6 properties from 3 states away can appear like an insurmountable task. That's when Matt Christian's committment and expertise comes into the picture. I reached out to Matt on recommentation from family still residing in Sebring. He immediately jumped into action to assist me in my task. All I can say is that Matt exceeded my expectations. He was prompt, diligent, and responsive with any questions or concerns my family had in selling our properties. In only 7 weeks time, all 6 properties were sold and my family was able to support my mother as she transitioned to a new residence in Orlando. Matt was an extremely knowledgable consultant when we examined issues regarding pricing. We obtained great prices which were fair to my family and the purchasers. Matt was crucial in getting us contacts for landscapers, home cleaners, pool services, and estate brokers. While the process still remained a challenge, having Matt in our corner yielded significant dividends. I felt like I was his only client at the time, and I know that wasn't the case. Matt leads by example. The amount of knowledge, expertise, negotiation, and responsiveness is unheard off. We looked at many houses! However, what stood out the most, is his integrity. It is not just about the money or the number for him. He will truly give you all the information and allow one to make a well informed decision.
