Matt is a great person, easy to work with, will listen to your wants and find you the perfect home !!!! We looked for several months and Matt knew what I needed…low maintenance … no yard work… not to big. He emailed me daily options and was available to show homes at any time. Being out of state moving to the area, Matt was an excellent source of knowledge. He worked tirelessly to visit locations, send us pictures and provided honest feedback. He has unlimited patience, energy and enthusiasm. He walked us through the process, answered countless questions and was always quick to respond. He took the time to get to know us and was in tune with what we were looking for in a house. Thanks to Matt, we are living in a home that we love. I would definitely suggest giving him a call.

Matt was awesome! He was very helpful in guiding my wife and I through buying our home. He was very quick to respond to questions/requests to look at homes. He worked hard to get us a great house for a great price. He was professional and very informative at closing. We highly recommend Matt, if you are looking to buy a home. We have recommended him to my in-laws and he is currently helping them buy their first home.
