This is my husband and I's second time working with Mary. She helped us find our home a couple of years ago. Just like buying our house, Mary made the process of buying some land as easy as possible. It is so comforting knowing that there wasn't going to be anything come up last minute that would delay our closing. She is also amazing about being available and answering any questions that we had. We met Mary at an open house by accident and knew this was our realtor. She helped us through every single step of the home buying process. We are first time buyers and it was overwhelming, but Mary was with us every step of the way. Mary was knowledgeable and helped us find the most trustworthy home inspectors, contractors, and mold specialists in Springfield. She was knowlegeable about our home's details such as electrical, plumbing, and contruction work due to her own personal drive to learn and pay close attention to detail as well as previous experience flipping houses. She responded to our calls or texts in a timely fashion, even on her weekends off. She even met us at the home frequently and advocated for our best interests. She went above and beyond. We recommend Mary 100% and will use her if we choose to sell in the future.

Mary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process of both selling our old home and purchasing our new home. She never acted annoyed or bothered at any of the MANY questions we had. Whether it was late at night, or early in the morning, Mary was available. She never pressured us at any time of the entire process. Mary has the heart of a teacher and never “told” us what we needed to do... she always explained and gave us options every step of the way. If you are looking for a down to earth, approachable, and hard working agent, then Mary is the person for you. Thank you Mary for all of your help!
