The whole experience was great. Lot of good communication and the deal went smoothly. Part of the reason things went smoothly was because I wasn’t waiting for someone to move out after the sale contract was drawn up.

Mary is the absolute best!!!! She was highly recommend by a friend, and did not disappoint. As first time home buyers, we were a bit terrified, but Mary eased our nerves! She simplified the home buying process, and made us feel comfortable with the decisions we made. Mary fought hard for us and found our perfect home!!
