When I first listed my house, I was naïve in the selling process. I quickly found out that many people had many questions and while working a full time job it was hard to promptly answer people. I then called Mary. Mary was amazing! She was always prompt to reply to my questions, and went out of her way to help every step of the selling process easy. She gave me many options when it came to fixing item in my house, and was quick to ease my worries about situations. She would show me how common those issues were in houses that sold nearby. In the end, Mary did it all. I never worried about a thing. I showed up to a closing signing, and the rest was all done on an app. I highly recommend Mary for all your selling or buying needs.

I bought my first home through Mary and listed and sold my first home through Mary some seven years later. Mary helped get everything together for staging, photos, and helped me coordinate all the mishaps on showing scheduling. Mary did her homework and found the price point to list my home at. I got asking price within 24 hours of listing. Mary is also a very responsive professional. If an issue or question came up I knew I could text Mary and would get a prompt response. Wouldn't dream of listing or buying in the Peoria area with any other realtor.
