My wife and I used Emily to sell our house. She was awesome in that process and helped us through everything from a realistic sales price, to recommendations on how to sell quickly. The day after we accepted an offer we learned we could no longer move out of town for family reasons and Emily not only kept up with the home sale, but also switched gears to help us find a new home in our area without missing a step. She was always available and patient with our calls and questions and helped nail down our "wants" for the new house to show us what we wanted.

My fiancé and I had a very poor experience with Patricia. We requested a tour of a house and were put in contact with her. During the whole phone call Patricia was rude, demeaning, and would not let either of us speak, choosing instead to repeatedly explain how we should not even be looking at houses yet. Needless to say we ended the phone call without the tour and we will not be working with this agent any further. If you do choose to work with Patricia be prepared to stand up for yourself, as she will likely not think of herself as part of your home-buying team, simply there to make the process go as quickly as possible so she can collect her commission.
