Buying a house while living out of state is difficult. Marlene was able to find us a house in the perfect area, even though it had “issues”. She was able to get these “issues” taken care of so we could purchase the house in a timely manner. She was wonderful at communicating with us and spent a lot of time contacting contractors on our behalf. Marlene is an outstanding realtor who definitely works for her clients!

Marlene represented me during the sale of my home in Port Saint Lucie, FL. She was an exceptional representative from start to finish. Marlene provided sound advice on how to price the house and marketed the home in a timely and positive manner. She clearly has tons of experience in the business and was able to guide any and all questions I had. During the closing process the buyer had a hold up with financing, but Marlene was able to negotiate an addendum to the existing contract that put us in a great position to close. The home closed 4 days after the original contract date. I would recommend Marlene to anyone in the Treasure Coast area if they are buying or selling a home. You will not be disappointed.

Marlene was very good with communicating with me throughout the process. She set a good price for the house. She was available for questions and she had clear answers. Selling and moving is stressful, but Marlene made it easier.
