Marlene was aggressive from the day I called her to list the property until the day we closed on our condo in Florida. She worked day and night to find the right buyer and made sure there were no surprises at time of closing. Extremely professional and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend her as an agent ?

Buying a house while living out of state is difficult. Marlene was able to find us a house in the perfect area, even though it had “issues”. She was able to get these “issues” taken care of so we could purchase the house in a timely manner. She was wonderful at communicating with us and spent a lot of time contacting contractors on our behalf. Marlene is an outstanding realtor who definitely works for her clients!
