I hired this guy with 38 years experience from I first day I realize something was off about him I had fired 2 of his coworkers he did something to my account from the agents dashboard I couldn’t and pictures he removed 22 of my photos why would he do that on a property that is being sold by now I new what he was trying to do I told him on 2 occasions to post a thousand dollars incentive twice he said he did but the public can’t see he never posted it I wonder where the 2 thousand would have gone there is much much more he did to get even for his coworkers at my expense avoid this agent I taking he and his company to court he broke every ethics and standards code

Mark was absolutely amazing in helping us buy our new, forever home!! He went above and beyond in all aspects of the process from negotiating on our behalf to being available for all the inspections to completing the final walkthrough for us as we currently live out of state. Mark was available anytime we had questions or concerns and if not, he got back to us very quickly. He made sure that all repairs needed were completed in a timely manner and even checked on the property after a big storm to make sure there were no damages! We had 100% confidence, trust and faith in him and knew he had our best interests at heart. Mark was a complete joy to work with and was extremely knowledgeable in the area as well as in the process. We are so incredibly thankful for his attention to detail and his organization. We would highly recommend him to all friends and family!

Mark is a very knowledgeable realtor with insight and a great personality. He navigated and coordinating the phases of selling process to a successful completion with expertise and without drama.
