Mark was great to work with! Very considerate of our family dynamics in the selling of our home to help minimize the common inconveniences thatgo along with listing and showing a home. He gave honest and accurate assessments and it all played out about exactly like he estimated. He then was very helpful in buying our next home. He took time to understand our wants and needs and did his best to get us into properties in a timely fashion. He did a great job negotiating on both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Everything went really smoothly and we got the money we needed from the sale and the purchase price we were looking for on the new home.

Mark listened to our punch list and only showed us houses that met our criteria. Mark found us our dream house and we are living the American dream. Not only did Mark help us in the purchase of our home, he also help clear obstacles in selling our previous home which wasn't even his responsibility. He went above and beyond and truly is concerned about you as a person, not just as a paycheck.

Mark was great to work with! Not only did we have an offer on our house within 48 hours, but he helped us through some hurdles and made the process very smooth. He always responded to my many texts and calls promptly. We would definitely recommend him.
