Brock Darby was absolutely awesome to work with! He showed me over 20 homes within a 4 day timeframe and never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. When I had to be out of state, he even did a video tour so I wouldn’t miss a chance to see a house. He really went to bat for me when it came time to make offers and was able to get an accepted offer right at the price I wanted. On top of that, he was always easy to reach and quick to pick up the phone whenever I had questions. 10/10 HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We were getting doubtful and down right ready to throw in the towel. During it all (the 10000 questions, late night text, and asking the same thing over and over) she handled it like a champ and explained everything she could. Wasn’t her job? Oh well! She collaborated and got the answer needed. She gave HONEST insight which I truly appreciated, and what really made me stick with her. You want open and honest, AND HARDWORKING? GET KYLA! I mean she made a miracle happen for us and we are ever so grateful. She truly lifted our spirits and didn’t promise but definitely busted her bottom to get us to closing.

After selling our home in Arizona I traveled to Northwest Arkansas to look for property to build a small home on. While two realtors were not interested in just selling land, Francis was more than willing to go to work. She was very professional in her showings as well as her knowledge for the area. More importantly she treated the experience as if we were friends. We can’t say enough for her hard work.

Matts is very personable and easy to talk to. He isn’t pushy or overwhelming. He was very patient with us showing us 8-12 houses a day. He worked hard for us to have a smooth and quick closing knowing we were needing a place in a timely manner. Thank you Matts!
