Blayton did an outstanding job in all fields! He was always there on site was soon as you asked, he always kept in contact with the sellers agent and stayed on top of things to keep the process flowing steadily. Blayton is very knowledgeable with the area, demographic, topography and location of what we’re looking for within the surrounding areas. Caroline was great to work with from start to finish. She was engaged and in tune with our wants and needs, asking questions and following up on all aspects of our home purchase. She kept us on task in the beginning stages and followed up thru out the process weekly, making sure there were no forgotten steps to be made. She even recommended a great mortgage lender that I enjoyed working with. All this to say, I would highly recommend using her services because it truly made our transaction pleasant.

DJ worked at a pace that met our needs. He wasn't pushy for us to buy or sell quickly but wanted each step to make sense for us. He was willing to do what was needed and communicated well throughout the process. He even took time to address small things himself from the inspections at purchase and sale.
