Lance is an outstanding realtor and very knowledgeable of the NWA housing market! He is professional in his work, experienced attentive to details and has excellent negotiating skills. We were impressed by his time commitment throughout the process. He was with us during the inspection review and also on our closing date. He even follows through on a question after closing.
