Dahlia did an incredible job helping me find the perfect house for me and my family! She consisently sent me information and provided solid advice in things to look for and things to avoid. As a first time on-my-own home-buyer the intimidating process was made so much more accessible to me knowing I had a reliable, invested, caring, intelligent "friend" to count on! Margie worked to guide us on recommendations, what to expect in the market as it shifted rapidly after we originally listed the home. She was influential in working with us and the buyers agents also during showings and negotiations. Overall we had a good experience working with Margie and the Compass Team. We also used the Dave Ramsey network to find and very out several realtors at competitors before choosing to go with Margie. Thank you for a great experience.

Dahlia Kamel helped me find and buy my new home. She worked tirelessly for few months with me until I found what I was looking for. I appreciate her dedication, knowledge, willing to help beyond her job requirement, professionalism, and of course her pleasant personality. She is super easy to work with and pays attention to minor details when it comes to find a right house for her clients. I had a great time with her during our house hunting phase, and she helped me close the house so smoothly that I didn't have to worry about anything. Even after closing, she was there to answer all of my questions and directed me to the right people for any tiny or big problem that I came across while settling in at my new place. Margie did an excellent job for us. We considered a number of different Agents, and had face to face meetings with the three we thought would be best. We decided on Margie because we believed she had the best overall skill set, and perhaps most importantly, she spent more time listening than the others. Margie is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and responsive. We had a contract for the sale of our home in about 10 days, during the slower sales period between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Margie's excellent negotiating skills were very beneficial during the inspection and due diligence period. We would highly recommend Margie to everyone.
