    Jessica Moore was amazing she listen to my concerns and help me find what I wanted in a Home. Always responded to my call or text quickly. Jessica was very knowledgeable about what question to ask during inspection. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone I know who plan on buying a house. Jessica Thanks for you patient, time and understanding. Jessica Moore made my house buying experience enjoyable and she took care of any bumps in the road. Jessica has contacts with people like when I needed a third party inspection she took care of everything. I had bad experience before with a couple of other realtor, but Jessica changed my mind about realtors. Once again she is great.

    We relocated to North Carolina on very short notice and from a continent away, and working with Jessica Moore was the best decision we could have made. From beginning to end, she went above and beyond to help us find the right home. She started by showing us homes virtually, walking us through each room with such care and patience—sometimes more than once so we could really see everything. What stood out most was her honesty. She was always upfront about each property, pointing out both the highlights and any possible drawbacks. For example, she once told us, “The fixtures are beautiful, but you’ll hear traffic all day living here,” so we could decide for ourselves if that was a deal-breaker. That honesty built so much trust in the process. When we finally came to North Carolina for a visit, she devoted an entire day to driving us around to see eight houses, knowing our timeline was tight. She came prepared with detailed folders and often pulled information like lot lines, zoning notes, or septic maps to give us the fullest picture possible. She was also extremely responsive, often updating us outside of working hours and even dropping off important paperwork on a weekend. Her dedication was unmatched, and she clearly cared deeply about finding the right home for us. What really impressed us was how in tune she was with our needs—even more than we were at times. She remembered our dream of having a garden, and when we looked at a house with a heavily wooded lot, she gently reminded us that gardening there would be difficult. She was absolutely right, and it made our decision easier. When we were torn between two houses in two different neighborhoods, her insight helped us finally decide. We kept saying, “Neighborhood B is better,” until she asked, “What is it about Neighborhood B that makes it better for your needs?” That one question made us realize we had been holding onto a preconceived notion, and House A was actually the better fit. We chose House A, and today we couldn’t be happier. She was equally strong during negotiations and guided us through local processes we weren’t familiar with, like due diligence. She shared invaluable advice, such as removing our bank loan approval amount from the offer letter so the seller wouldn’t assume our maximum budget. She also recommended a radon test—which turned out to be very important, since we did need mitigation. Throughout this journey, she struck the perfect balance: allowing us to be as independent as we wanted, but always ready with advice when we asked. She is professional, highly knowledgeable, and tireless, but also warm, funny, and truly enjoyable to work with. Meeting her didn’t just make us feel confident in our home search—it made us excited to live here. We can’t recommend Jessica Moore highly enough. She is not just an amazing realtor who will go above and beyond, but a genuine person who truly cares about her clients.
