MARCY FOX is insightful and knowledgeable about what we needed to do for our house,. along with letting us understand what to expect! It has been a privilege getting to talk with someone that truly cares about this process.

My situation was a little unique. I was 7 hours away from the area I was buying, Marcy was 2 hours away but grew up/ had significant family ties in the areas I was looking. So sort of a local expert that relocated. The craziness of the market mad it tough to view properties because they were being sold faster than I could get there for a showing. (some even sold despite Marcy having a showing lined up and approved with the other agents). Marcy did a fantastic job of making the most of our trips and lining up a handful of houses. I appreciated all of her recommendations, attention to detail, listening to my must haves and not trying to sway me because it was hard to find. Definitely did not feel like another client another commission when working with Marcy.

Marcy did a great job of helping me purchase my first home. She helped me search through many properties to find the right one and made it easy to navigate the buying process. I did have to pause my home search due to a layoff and, Marcy was fantastic during this time. While my home search was paused, she checked in with me periodically, sometimes with job leads, and was ready to resume the home search as soon as I started a new job.

Marcy was wonderful to work with! As a first time homebuyer, the whole experience could have been overwhelming but Marcy helped walk me through the steps and was so thorough. She made the process so easy! 10/10 would recommend her!

Marcy was great to work with! She helped my family find a condo in downtown Indianapolis. I was out of state during the process, and still felt totally comfortable with Marcy as our representative. Marcy is efficient and responds to communications quickly. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients feel comfortable at every step of the process.
