For us, time was of the essence. Marcus got us a great offer before we even had our house multiple listed. And it closed escrow a few weeks later. Marcus had to really scramble to have everything in the inspection report handled. But he did it with grace under fire. We are thankful to Marcus' full support and attention to our needs. We'll probably never have another house to sell in SoCal again, but if we did we would pick Marcus to help move it.

About 6 years ago, my husband and I met with Marcus to discuss selling our investment family home . He put together a fantastic comp package and really impressed us with his knowledge, but what impressed us most was the fact that he advised us not to sell at that time as there was a problem neighbor that would affect the value of the property. Fast forward to 2020, the neighbor was no longer there and we were ready to liquidate. As we live in Northern California, we could not be hands on with the sale and were totally dependent on Marcus to represent us in our absence. He did not fail! Our house had some unique challenges and required a specific type of buyer. With his consummate professionalism, Marcus led us through the process which ended in a very satisfactory result. We are eternally grateful for his patience, understanding and commitment to us and as a result, cannot recommend him highly enough.

Working with Marcus on our recent home purchase in Laguna Beach, CA. was an absolute pleasure. His local knowledge of Laguna Beach and specific neighborhoods within the city is excellent. He is honest, genuine, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Marcus was very helpful in developing the listing price. I was impressed at how hard he and his partner Brendy worked. Refreshments at broker's preview and open houses on a regular basis. We had several offers and Marcus was instrumental in negotiating a price very close to asking price and a short escrow time. Very simply, Marcus is the best. Choosing him to represent me was one of the smartest things I’ve ever done. I relied on his expertise and trusted him throughout… He was always available to advise, or answer questions, or tell me what I needed to hear when I was starting to stress… and as a result, I didn’t lose a moment of sleep. Which is saying something when you consider I was buying a $2.3 M house! As many of the other reviews note: He knows Laguna, having grown up and raised a family here. He knows the homes and neighborhoods, having a long career in the local real estate. And he knows how to treat his clients, with honesty and integrity. - One thing I would like to add that should not be overlooked: The respect Marcus has earned in the real estate community. When I went out one weekend on my own to look at open houses, more than once on telling the listing agent that Marcus was my guy… they said “Oh, you’re very lucky. He’s awesome,” OR “Smart move, he’s top-shelf.” Soon after this, that respect made it that much easier to put a deal together, in what could have easily developed into very trying negotiations. I heard once that there may be close to eight hundred real estate agents in the Laguna area. Choose wisely. It makes a Huge difference.
