Excellent real estate agent. Made the process of buying a home extremely smooth. Always replied quickly and never left me guessing on where we were at in the process. Would 100% recommend.

Marcus helped me buy and sell a home in 2023. After closing for the house I sold the police were threatened to be called by the buyers agent. The funny thing is the house I purchased had no gas turned on, the 2nd bath is 100% unusable, the oven was broke, gas dryer was inoperable, main sewer pipe was cracked. There was no way to test any of this because the gas was not turned on like it was supposed to be in the contract. So not only did I have to double pay taxes on both homes. I also had to replace appliances. I had to redo the plumbing in the house and I couldn’t get an inspection. Nobody knew anything about the house. What a disaster. If I ever sell this house I know who not to use and what not to do. I would say at first Marcus was great but he doesn’t stick up for his own clients. Marcus was always in a rush and even there was a problem with one of the title co he didn’t know what to say. The washer and dryer that I had to take back because Marcus doesn’t respond to his emails nor does he read them. No response needed from anyone.

A professional pleasure.Great young man an asset to your organization. I would use him in the future. He was knowledgeable and dedicated to our needs. He made a bittersweet transaction palatable. He is wise beyond his age and very attentive to detail. I could not imagine working with another realtor in the future. I can’t say enough as to how satisfied my wife and I were with Marcus.
