We recently both bought and sold with Marcie and could not recommend her enough. She was so easy going and pleasant to be around, while not being afraid to ask the hard questions. She went above and beyond to find all the answers to our questions and also played a huge role in completing paperwork and scheduling repairs. When buying, she encouraged us to stay patient and find exactly what we wanted - which we will be forever thankful for since finding our dream home and property! Marcie did an incredible job listing our house and bringing out the best in it, helping us get it sold as quickly as possible. While we don’t ever plan on leaving our dream home, we do always recommend Marcie to all our friends, family, and any stranger we come across who may be thinking about purchasing or selling their home.

We were searching on Zillow for condos in the Pagosa Springs area and requested to see some. We were matched with Marcie and were beyond pleased with all that she did for us. She is very responsive and eager to help. We don't live there so she arranged for us to doing the closing from where we live. She is very knowledgable about what is for sale and knows the area well form her years there. We would highly recommend Marcie. Her kindness to us was above and beyond!

My wife and I contacted Marcie to help us sell our vacation condo in Pagosa Springs, CO. We were surprised at the number of viewings she quickly either arranged and/or monitored. We had an offer, near full asking price, within about a week. After minimal negotiation, she provided excellent advice (she was the seller’s agent) on how to negotiate the various pathways needed to finalize the sale. Totally professional, competent, and knowledgeable would be good descriptors. She went above and beyond, as we were from out of town when the closing was to occur. She went by before closing to retrieve a satellite receiver and the internet modem and send them back for us (we are 10 hours away). Above and beyond would be apropos words to use in describing her work. We can wholeheartedly endorse her service for us as sellers and have no doubt that she would be equally diligent for buyers. Should we ever decide to return to this beautiful area, you can bet we would seek her out to be our agent.

We just purchased a condo in Pagosa Springs - Marcie was our agent. She was a pleasure to work with - very responsive, very knowledgeable about the Pagosa Springs market and patiently answered all our questions. She was able to show us listings before they hit the market, which was helpful since we were traveling in from Texas and had limited time. I would recommend Marcie to anyone looking to buy in Pagosa Springs - you will love working with her!
