Mallary went above and beyond helping us purchase our home! We were moving all the way from SC and she made this process so much easier. Driving to multiple houses in different areas for us and video calling giving us great tours of homes. The home we decided to buy had some issues with it and needed some repairs after the appraisal. Mallary went above and beyond buying things for our home using her own money to make sure we were able to get our dream home. She even offered to repaint the entire outside of the house on her own. She has a great work ethic, is extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend her to everyone looking for a realtor!

Mallary went above and beyond in assisting us with buying our first home! We were nervous about buying a home 18 hours away, but Mallary quickly diminished our worries, and was able to found us the perfect home! Her constant and consistent communication made the home-buying process extremely easy and seamless, not only with us as the buyers, but also with our mortgage broker and the sellers realtor. Her knowledge of the housing market allowed us to put in an offer and get accepted within a few hours. She worked tirelessly with the seller's realtor to make sure that repairs were completed so that closing would not have to be pushed back. Mallary went above and beyond, even picking up smoke detectors and a baseboard heater to be installed in the home in order to pass appraisal. We can't thank you enough for all of your hard work and support that allowed us to buy our new home!! We would highly recommend Mallary to anyone looking to buy a home!!

Our house sold in 12 hours! But not only that, if you want an agent who is honest and reliable, then I would highly recommend Mallary. As a first time seller it can be difficult to know exactly where to begin and we thank God we had Mallary there to assist us. Her expertise was beyond expectation.
