Lydia represents the pinnacle of excellence in client/customer service. She was incredibly responsive from the “get go”, and always available when we had a question. After our initial phone call, she quickly set the wheels in motion to be sure we had what we needed to have our house in perfect showing condition. When Lydia came to our home to discuss the listing price, she had the data, comps and back up for pricing accuracy, and a plan to get it sold quickly. Lydia has been an exceptional Realtor to work with from the contract agreement through inspection and final closing details. I had been searching for land in the north Georgia mountains and had worked with a couple of realtors who did not impress. Expressing my frustration, a friend got word that I was on a hunt for land and recommended Lydia - who had also helped them on their search. I am so grateful to have been introduced to one of the top realtors in the area. Lydia was amazing to work with, she stayed on top of everything and was always responsive. She got the answers to any and all questions and concerns I had with the property. There were some bumps during the transaction and I truly believe that had it not been for her, the deal would've ultimately fallen through. At the end of the day I got an amazing deal on a beautiful piece of mountain property, thanks to Lydia!

Sold my house that was in a more limited market demand for a price that worked for me. Very knowledgeable on the paperwork and forms. Nothing came back as a surprise during the transaction, handled well ahead of time.
