We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! I messaged him at the most random times—late at night, weekends, you name it—and he always responded. He answered every single question we had with patience and clarity, and showed us what felt like a million homes until we finally found the one. His dedication, responsiveness, and knowledge made the entire process so much smoother. Highly, highly recommend!

Christy helped in my purchase with my first home that I love. She was very quick to answer and worked diligently to get me in to the home. She knows a lot about the area as she is a local and had insight on where to look for homes.

Zillow chose Christy Muovich as my real estate agent for me when I made an appointment for a house I wanted to view. I couldn't have been matched with a better agent. She was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, kind and took time to answer all of my questions. I had a lot of them. The sellers accepted my offer on the house and Christy had my paperwork to me without delay. She never delayed getting paperwork to my loan company. I was always able to get in contact with her and she never left me in limbo. I was able to close exactly 30 days from the viewing. I met Lydia Keeton at closing. Christy had explained to me at the beginning that they work as a team! They make a dynamic duo! If you are going to be buying or selling a house call these two. You won't go wrong. I have no problem telling folks my honest opinion about someone and am big about reviews. People deserve to know what they are getting into. I wholeheartedly believe it goes both ways. Good, reputable, honest, trustworthy people are hard to find too. You won't go wrong with Christy and Lydia!! It was as if all the right people were just lined up for this blessing to take place and me to move into this home. I'm glad I had such a great experience with them!

I have purchased and made offers with Ryan on almost 10 properties to date. He understands the local market, is great at communicating and keeping me up to date, and at negotiating with other realtors. There are times he has saved me money and come up with very creative solutions that nobody has ever mentioned to me before. His personality is also so kind and warm. I just love working with him!
