Jeff did a great job helping us through this process. He was and is a true professional. He is excellent at communicating what is needed and keeping the client in the loop. Jeff goes out of his way to be accessible to his clients. If we ever have another real estate need we will definitely not use anyone else.

Stephanie is, no question, the best. She took my husband and I on despite existing complications -- and more to come. We were selling a house in Fairmont, WV and buying a house 3 hours a way in Beckley, WV. We were both working full time and not terribly familiar with all the Beckley neighborhoods. But Stephanie knew everything. Neighborhoods, home values, mortgages, brokers, planned road construction, appraisers. We asked it, she knew it. During the buying-and-selling process, my husband was diagnosed with cancer and required surgery. Then our Fairmont buyer's federal loan was on hold during the shutdown. Months of home-selling and home-buying delays and headaches. But Stephanie stuck with us, ever optimistic, supportive and encouraging. Even after we finally moved, she has been there for us, recommending trades people when we had a problem that needed fixing. She has gone above and beyond and more. We thank God we found her. If you get a chance to make her your Realtor, do it!
