Luisa makes it like you’re working with family. She kept us informed, explained information fully when we had questions. She understands the market and helped price our home fairly. This isn’t the first time Luisa has been our realtor, she formed a long standing relationship with my grandparents. Luisa absolutely knows what she’s doing and I wouldn’t choose anyone else.

Luisa was amazing to work with. She explained everything so well and helped with all of our questions through the whole process. She was very attentive and in contact with us through every step and decision. Luisa not only knows what she’s doing but will also take care of you like you are her family. I could not have imagined going through this process without her. She helped us get our dream home and was able to guide us through selling our current home. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Luisa was honest, knowledgeable, professional and hardworking. She evaluated our rental and suggested the upgrades we could do to get a better price, offered a range of qualified contractors to do the work, and also suggested that we could make a couple small changes and continue to rent out the property for much more money until the market improves for sellers, an option which would provide her absolutely no gain, but which may have been a solid option for us. Ultimately, we incorporated her improvement suggestions and sold the house at a price that was appealing to us. From the day the house went on the market, followed immediately by an open house, to the day the escrow closed for the buyer was under one month. Of course we had to spend significant time preparing to go on the market with it, but thanks to Luisa’s expert guidance, it was well worth it. In addition to her fantastic real estate skills, she is also kind, funny and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone who needs an agent.
