I used Lorraine as my listing agent in November because she was supposed to be the #1 realtor in Solivita. Our experience with her was very disappointing. She was very disrespectful of our wishes and what our home was worth and was very reluctant to list it at the price we wanted and then it actually ended up selling for more than asking. Throughout the entire process, Lorraine was unprofessional and condescending, talking down to my husband and me on every conversation we had. I found this frustrating as I am paying her to work for me and she failed to recognize that. Your realtor is there to help you throughout every step of the process and make it easy, but she made it more difficult. We loved and enjoyed our time and neighborhood in Solivita but this experience had us leaving on a sour note.

We were moving to Solivita from up North 5 years ago and had zero knowledge of the central Florida market in general nor the retirement community in particular. A friend referred us to Lorraine and enlisting her help was like winning the lottery. She has years of experience and intimate knowledge dealing with the community developer as well as handling resales. The bottom line is, with Lorraine's help, we purchased a home, sold a home, and again are shopping for a new home. Thank you Lorraine!

Lorraine is truly an exceptional agent. I have worked with many agents over the years and she is at the top of my list of agents I would want to work with again. She goes above and beyond as she truly cares about her clients.

Lorraine is an exceptional real estate professional. She not only sold our house at a good price in a slow seller's market, but helped us get the home we wanted with a very smooth transition from one house to the other. She is not only professional business woman, but a warm, caring person who will make a client feel like part of her family. We highly recommend Lorraine to anyone looking for a "home".

Lorraine did not represent me because I was the seller, she represented the buyer. In spite of that relationship I was able to ask many important questions that needed to be answered in a timely manner to Lorraine. I received my answers quickly and professionally. I truly believe because of my relationship with Lorraine there were no problems at the finish line, the closing. We had moved 220 miles, to northern Florida and always felt in the loop because of Lorraine's quick responses to any questions we had. I highly recommend Lorraine Valdesin any real estate transaction. D
