Jen was lovely to work with!! We were matched with her by Zillow and turns out she’s a family friend of one of our parents that we hadn’t met. She was so helpful to us. Jen is knowledgeable and great at explaining the process. I would definitely recommend to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers, as she made the whole experience much less daunting to us.
