Jen was wonderful!! We relied on her expertise in developing a sales strategy and marketing our home. She explained every step in the process and did so in such a way as to make us feel very comfortable all the way up through the closing process. We could not have been more pleased!!

Liz Fendler went above and beyond helping me sell my Father's house for which I'm POA. She is extremely responsive to any inquiries, helped me understand what should be completed and readily available prior to listing (i.e., having the backflow inspection never would have entered my mind), she kept me updated during the process, and after we were under contract she also kept me informed of what to expect and the timeline. Her years of experience make her very knowledgable about any unique situations and she provides options (and guidance!) on different things that arise during the process. I could not have been more pleased with how easy and low-stress the entire home-selling process was working with Liz!

Liz was amazing to work with! She is a true advocate for her buyers and will do anything in her power to make the deal work for all. She was there when some major issues popped up with closing with my MLO. I will use her again for sure!
