Lisa made me feel confident in her knowledge from day one. Lisa is attentive, personable and always there for me. "After over a month of looking for a house in Eureka with no luck, I met Lisa who helped me find my new house within a week. With her guidance, I made a low offer in an over-hot seller's market, and it was accepted. The closing was complicated, uncertain and difficult, so I pestered her daily with new conditions and ideas to pass onto the seller's agent. She handled all the complex details (and me) with professionalism and style, while she kept me from making innumerable mistakes while wading through the process. I've worked with other realtors in the past, but none as knowledgeable (about the area, the laws, and negotiating tactics), smart, or pleasant than Lisa.
