To say that Tracie went above and beyond in her real estate agent duties is an UNDERSTATEMENT! I feel very lucky to have found her because she took care of me at every step of the way, always made me feel like I was her top priority, and never stopped being helpful, even after escrow had closed on my house. I will definitely use Tracie again in the future if I ever buy another home in the area, and I will be highly recommending her to friends and family in the meantime.

Tracie showed us a lot of homes. She was great and took her time helping us. She ended up finding and selling us our home now after we looked for a few months. Tracie was recommended to us by a family member when we first came to humboldt. We would recommend Tracie to anyone too. Thanks Tracie!!

Tracie has been exceptional helping us trough a difficult foreclosure purchase. She has gone above and beyond what I have typically experienced when dealing with a Realtor. She has facilitated our resolution of certain code and financial issues with the city related to the property purchase. She has been very available and responsive when we needed to contact her. The whole experience has made us feel positive and welcome to be a part of the Eureka community.
