If you’re looking for a place to call your home, Lyndsey Flynn is exactly the person to go to! Professionally, she really knows her stuff. She genuinely took all of my wants, needs, and preferences into account when looking at houses. She was incredibly honest about each property, whether we saw it in person or not. If I sent her a request to look at a house, but she knew it wouldn’t live up to what I wanted/needed, she would tell me right away instead of me wasting time going in person to see. But she was also always down to look at any and all of my requests! She was incredibly timely when it came to putting in requests for me, so I could see each property as soon as possible! Professionally, she is everything a realtor should be! Now personally, this woman is an absolute gem. My house hunting experience lasted just less than a year. She always assured me she didn’t care about how many places we looked at or how long it took to find me my perfect first home! That was such a relief for a first time buyer like me! I knew I was in good hands with Lindsey! She truly cares about each one of her clients and genuinely wants them all to find the perfect place. You can tell she isn’t just in it for the credit or paycheck. She has her whole heart and soul in this business, and you can definitely tell! I also went through a tough, surgical situation during these months, and she was also very helpful for me mentally. She would adjust her schedule if I had to cancel or rearrange showings due to my recovery being so up and down, and she was there to listen and offer support if we were looking at houses and I suddenly wasn’t feeling well. Even though it’s been about 5 months since I bought my house, she will still check in from time to time! Showing again just how much she cares about each person she helps. Overall, Lindsey deserves so much more recognition than just a little Google review. But I’m truly thankful that she happened to be working the day I decided to start looking, and I will gladly request her when it’s time for me to look for another house in the future. If anyone wants to work with a realtor who cares about her clients, values their wants and needs, and also cares about them as real people, look no further than Lindsey Flynn! You will not be disappointed!

Lindsey surprised me with how well she did her job and how easy she made such an emotional and stressful situation fun and exciting! It does not surprise me that she has so quickly made a name for herself! Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! I look forward to working with Lindsey in the future!

Best of the best in service, in followup, and communication. We have the same duplexes listed with two different realtors and we have one showing and zero follow up. Lindsey was 100% active and energetic and got two offers in one day showing. She is there from the start of the listing and see the job complete. We highly recommend Lindsey. We got her name from Dave Ramsey radio show as recommended realtor.

Lindsey will go to bat for you. Simply outstanding. Handles complexities very well, resolves all issues, looks at all titling agencies to save you every dime she can. Will go the mile to make sure you sell/buy your dream home.

Lindsey is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She sold my house in one house opening. She walked me through every step from selling inspections and also showed me great house for me to buy!! I highly recommend her!!
