Lindsey understands everyone and what they’re looking for! She’s the most humble, kind human being I know morally and professionally. lol, I’d never would had put her as your round about realtor because she puts the buyer FIRST not what she will make from a sell, that’s not her. She loves people and life! I’m so happy we have her! She knows every square inch of this county and if she says somthg she means it! She leaves you with peace knowing she’s in your court!

Lindsey was an exceptional asset to my purchasing a property on the beach in Oak Island NC. She was diligent with assisting my daughters in locating a property. her expertise and personal attention convinced me to purchase a property on her recommendation and was right on target. In fact we are searching for another property and Lindsey is assisting again.

We've bought and sold many homes in the last 10 years and Lindsey is hands down one of the best realtors we've worked with. She is super responsive, honest and at the top of her game. Lindsey's pricing was spot on - our beach house sold fast and it was over asking. Highly recommend Lindsey for your real estate needs on Oak Island and surrounding areas!

The five star review says it all, every one of them is definitely a 5 star. I was interested in buying a property in the Oak Island area, I did not have an agent down there I did an extensive search on the Internet and came up with Lindsey‘s name, she had a lot of positive reviews, had won several awards, pretty much everything I read was what I was looking for. I did not want an agent that took a passive approach, I wanted a go-getter and she did not disappoint. I sent her a text and she responded within five minutes, within 15 minutes we were talking on the phone and she sent me a list of properties that met my questions. On that list were several homes I had already identified through the Zillow website. She gave me some very specific suggestions that turned out to be what I was looking for. She presented an offer that I thought was not possible, but the offer was excepted and I could not be happier. Any questions I had over the next few days she was very responsive. I highly recommend her if you’re looking in this area.

Lindsey Jenkins can answer any and all questions regarding Eastern NC real estate. There is a reason her signs are at million dollar homes all the way down to $40,000 lots. People know she gets results. She is the only realtor, I will use!
