Linda was phenomenal! I honestly don't think we could have done it without her. We began coordination with her over the internet. We ended up looking at about 11 houses total. Linda has a good eye for questionable problems. She noticed various issues which sent us for the door. Most of those were foundation issues. For context, we were traveling between 4.5-6 hours from home to look at houses in Ohio. We will be using her again in the future and you would be better off to have her by your side during your home search or sale.

Our experience with Linda couldn’t have been better. On a professional level she was guiding and supporting us the entire way. She made sure we didn’t settle or end up with something we would regret. On a personal level, she is genuinely just a great person to be around. Our kids now refer to her as Auntie Linda.
