Casey was simply awesome! He made us feel like we were his most important client by being wonderfully responsive and available! We know he’s an incredibly busy person, but he always seemed to have time for us. We got a great deal selling our house (10k over asking) and he helped us with the negotiation in getting the perfect house for us—and we were up against at least 2 other offers! We really enjoyed getting to know Casey and working with him and highly recommend him for his expertise and his fun and personable way of working through the process. Cameron was outstanding during a very difficult time. I had to sell my mom's house after she was relocated to a nursing home with dementia. Cameron was responsive and went above and beyond his duties as a realtor. He helped me arrange an auction for the items in the house and also arranged for a last minute junk removal to preserve the sale. He arranged a complimentary cleaning of the home and took care of all advertising and showings. I never received a call from Cameron with a "problem". Always quick to respond and a true professional on all matters related to the sale. I highly recommend Cameron for all of your real estate needs. He can handle anything and does it with care and compasssion.

Casey helped us through a difficult sale as we live in California and sold a rental home in Ohio. He was especially helpful in coordinating with the tenant on repairs and inspections. He also provided recommendations for great contractors who were able to quickly provide the necessary repairs very near to the end of closing. Thank you so much!

I have been trying to biy a house for two years. I visited at least 50 houses and putting offers in two. Both fell through. I realized it was not the houses but the agent. I needed a better one, one who could negotiate a deal not just "show a house and hope" plan. Cameron was that agent. When any issues arose even with the bank and documentation Cameron stepped in and fixed it. He worked closely with the seller to coordinate everything, including help with appraisals and tge gas, water, and electricity transfer. I am a retiree, age 65. This is not my first house but it is my first home purchase after 25 years in apartments. He answers all calls and texts fast. I would not be a homeowner if not for Cameron Martin. I am grateful for all his help and this home is now mine because he worked hard to make a dream come true. It is a beautiful and solidly built 1890s home in a historic area of the city.
