Linda is very knowledgeable in the area and really helped me (out state buyer) to learn the important facts about the home locations that I was interested in. She provided great advice as part of the negotiation. She is very professional and dedicated to taking care of her customer. She even replied to one of my texts at 2AM in the morning! I highly recommend Linda if you are looking for a very knowledgeable and experienced agent who delivers results. After the closing date she is still following up with me to answer any questions and help me with finding services to take care of my new home.

Linda was fantastic! We easily found our perfect home, and there were competitive bids, so she helped us quickly navigate the bid process. Because of her recommendations and guidance, our bid was selected at asking. The following weeks before close, she was very communicative and kept us updated on the various tasks we needed to complete by week, which helped make the closing process a smooth one. Linda is also very knowledgeable about our neighborhood, providing recommendations for local contractors and answering any questions we had about schools, etc. I could also count on her to not push us to buy a house that wasn't a good fit for us, reassuring us that there would be more to come. I highly recommend Linda!

Linda has worked with me on 3 properties here in Austin right from the time we moved to the city in 2018 to most recently yesterday when we closed on an investment property. Her knowledge of the local Austin market and her negotiation skills while representing clients is exemplary.
