Patti and I began the search for a home in Moab approximately 2 1/2 years ago. We had very specific criteria because we were looking for a home that would be an investment property in the short term and possibly a second home in the long run. We looked at dozens of homes with Lenore over this period of time. We placed offers on three different properties, but the contract fell through for one reason or another. Throughout this entire process, Lenore was tireless in her efforts to help us find the perfect property. She was friendly, patient, and helpful. She understood our needs and continuously tried to help us satisfy them. She was not only attentive to our needs, but was also timely in acquiring and providing all the information that we needed and asked for. Her local knowledge and social network provided us the opportunity to talk to local contractors about any issue that we wanted to address. When we finally found the house that met our criteria, she expertly navigated the negotiations to complete a deal that we were extremely happy to close. Lenore is awesome to work with. She leads you through every step of the way and gives great advice. You can't go wrong using her as your real estate agent. Originally I was going to try to sell our house on our own, but I am so glad I chose Lenore to help us. She is the best and is always looking out for you. During the sale of our home she decided it would be best for us if she didn't also represent the buyer so she could better look out for our interests. I moved to Moab on a work assignment from Canada in late 2021. I wanted to just rent a home for several years but due to the restrictive rental availability in the town especially with furry friends I ended up having to purchase a home. I had no idea of the housing market in my new location so after studying the real estate magazine and listings I decided to reach out to Lenore. What a great choice!! Her many years of experience and knowledge of Moab sure came in handy in a quick education of not only what was available to purchase but the pros and cons of the area as it relates to property value retention and increase as well as what areas to avoid for a more favorable resale of our property when the time came to move again.
