Km is an outstanding, thoughtful, and is completely committed to her clients. She went the extra mile for me, had answered every question I had. Kim has worked diligently to seek answers from the smallest detail to the most complicated outcomes. Kim has the skills of an expert, understanding the real estate market that is far reaching than what I expected. She would go away from her personal life to give showings even at the last minute. It was a pleasure working with Kim in the sale of my brother’s home-away-from-home in Moab. She was invaluable in her recommendations of local trades-persons to clear, clean, and repair the home before it was listed. All of her referrals were responsive, communicative, and performed with top-notch skill. Kim herself also worked diligently on the property’s preparation- sorting furnishings for staging, cleaning the garage, and determining what the yard required to show better. She was always enthusiastic, prepared, and focused during our conversations and correspondence … and patient with multitudes of questions! I heard from her regularly, whether a showing was scheduled or not. A resident, she knew the local market, and was prompt and deliberate in helping price the property to sell. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to see me through the sale process!

Kim is such a wonderful person and such an amazing realtor!! We are first time buyers and she helped us thru everything and explained in detail anything we were unsure of. I highly recommend Kim, we couldn't have e done it without her.
