My wife and I could not have navigated the home buying process without Grahm Bailey from the Leigh Marcus team. From our first conversation to closing, he guided us through the complicated process of buying your first home with kindness, sage advice, and a level of transparency that went above and beyond. Grahm’s savviness in the negotiation process helped save us 12% off the listing price of our home. Beyond his duties as our realtor, he also treated us with the utmost respect and friendliness. The rest of the Leigh Marcus team including Kelsey also were such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to any single person buying or selling a home in the Chicago area.

Gabriel did an incredible job with both the sale and purchase of our homes. We contacted him in February and he worked with us for nearly six months to prepare our home for sale and figure out exactly what we wanted in our next home. Our home went under contract on the the first day of showings in May and we made an offer on our new home in June; both closed in July. Gabriel was extremely accommodating with our schedule and communicated regularly throughout the entire process. He helped us find the perfect home and we could not be more thankful!

My husband and I have worked the Leigh Marcus team (specifically Grahm as our agent) to buy/sell five homes in the last few years. Grahm and everyone we met from the team has been kind, knowledgeable, and helped us feel confident in our choice to allow them to guide us through the process. Gabriel was outstanding and we will surely return to work with him again. Right from the start, he was patient with us and explained every step of the home buying process to us as new buyers. He wasn't pushy, but instead measured and had a good sense of what we were looking for after speaking for a short time. He was willing to go with us on a 'whirlwind' tour of places to look at given we were not local, which we were very appreciative of. Even when a small hiccup came up (appraisal value < purchase price), he hopped on a quick call and answered all of our questions. Even after closing, he checked in every few days to make sure we were settling in nicely, and even gave us good takeout recommendations for our first night in the home.
