Lea represented the Seller; I and my son were the buyer (we had no agent). We interacted with Lea dozens of times. She was utterly fantastic. She was responsive to issues; she quickly returned calls; she was professional; she was knowledgeable. Like most real estate transactions, there were minor bumps, beyond her control, but she dealt with each with integrity, sincerity and aplomb. She absolutely over-delivered. Very attentive and helped me sell my house quick and over the asking price. Also helped me find and buy the same property back in 2017. Staging and pictures were taken professionally and helped to enhance the value. House sold in less than 2 days

Leaona did a fantastic job in helping me with a search for a new home. I was moving to the area from out of state and she took the time to drive me around the area, show me the different home types, and explain the details of each place visited. During the search process she stayed in constant communication, made recommendations taking my preferences into consideration, and knew more details about the homes than was listed on the mls sheet. I highly recommend Leaona to anyone looking for a home in the New River Valley area!
