We have used Darin for the sale of several properties. I could not expect more from a realtor. His knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. He works exceptional well with all parties involved in a sale and is always professional in all interactions. For buying or selling property in the New River Valley, Darin is the best.

We are so fortunate to have had Darin as our realtor representing us in the sale of our farm in Riner, VA. Darin was prepared from the first meeting and throughout the entire process. He presented us with detailed comparables with the pros and cons of each property which were so valuable in determining the listing price for our property. He kept us informed throughout the process. Darin created a very efficient 'shopping' itinerary that exposed us to the range of home types in the area. We were in from out of town, and in one day we settled on a pathway to negotiate on a couple of options. We have now closed.
