We are so fortunate to have had Darin as our realtor representing us in the sale of our farm in Riner, VA. Darin was prepared from the first meeting and throughout the entire process. He presented us with detailed comparables with the pros and cons of each property which were so valuable in determining the listing price for our property. He kept us informed throughout the process. When a challenge/concern came up, he immediately let us know the details and the corrective steps taken to address the concern. Darin is by far the most professional, proactive and accessible realtor we have ever worked with. His reputation and associations within the community ensured our sale would be smooth and seamless. The property was essentially sold before coming on the open market because Darin had several clients interested in our type of farm. Darin created a very efficient 'shopping' itinerary that exposed us to the range of home types in the area. We were in from out of town, and in one day we settled on a pathway to negotiate on a couple of options. We have now closed.

Darin was OUTSTANDING! Our previous realtor was a hot mess, but when my wife and I initially met Darin, it was a totally different vibe, like this dude REALLY knew his role! Darin was helpful in understanding everything that went with selling our house, explaining to us easily! If there is one thing that really stood to me about Darin, it was his open communication, something missing with the first realtor! Whether it was an email, a txt message, or just a simple phone call, he was on it! Darin is also very sincere and honest, an easy personality to take! Darin is an outstanding real estate agent because he is professional, insightful, and very knowledgeable about the property values in this area. Darin was always super respectful, especially when it came to getting back in touch with me. He always returned phone calls within 24 hours and usually the same day. He is willing to listen to your thoughts and concerns and usually has an insightful response. This is the first home that I have ever sold and without an outstanding and experienced agent like Darin, it would have been much more difficult! Darin came highly recommended from a friend and I am so glad I found an agent that truly worked for me and had my interests at heart.
