Marie was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better agent in every way. She was very knowledgeable of the local area and brought up excellent questions that we weren’t even thinking about. Any questions we did have, she answered in a prompt manner and most the time had the answer in the 10 minutes it took to drive to the next showing. She is wonderful to work with and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an Agent.

When we moved to the area, she helped us find our first home. Then a few years later she was our realtor for purchasing our second home from a neighbor. When it was time for us to leave she arranged everything for both our home sales and we had offers for both almost immediately. She walked us through the entire process, explained anything we had questions about, and got us good prices (buying and selling) on our homes.

My wife and I used Marie to help us sell a property in Great Falls that one of our children lived in while in college. She came recommended by our local realtor 3 hours away. Marie totally understood the market to meet a timely sale, didn’t leave anything on the table and was totally forthcoming. In the end, the home was vacant for only 3 days and everything was smooth. I totally would recommend her and her team, for a busy woman she’s getting it done. Furthermore the entire process was handled by phone and emails.

Marie had found me my home 8 years ago and did a great job so when it came time to sell it I contacted her first. I had taken a job in a different town and needed to sell very quickly. Marie knows the market and buying trends so well that she recommended a selling price which got the most money for me but also got the house sold IMMEDIATELY! The paperwork was quick and painless, closing within a couple of weeks. I definitely recommend Marie Wilson for your real estate needs, she's terrific!
