Jason did an incredible job assisting us through the searching and buying process of purchasing our first home. Prior to having Jason recommended to us we had been trying to look at homes on our own and found it very overwhelming. Jason was able to come in and ask all the right questions and get us looking at houses in our price range and with the ammenties we wanted immediately. He was professional and helpful at every step of the process. Once we found the home we wanted to make an offer on, he made sure to help us put our best foot forward on our offer. Jason is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. Clear quick and responsive communication at all times from day one to closing and after the sale as well. Most importantly he is truly working for you and looking out for best your best interest. Will guide you through the process until he gets the deal done and it always turns out in your favor through strict and precise negotiation. We bought in 2019 with Jason and then sold in late 2023 with Jason and his team. Helped us find an amazing home when buying and helped us with a quick and efficient sale moving out of the area. Jason is very quick to respond to texts and calls and, in my opinion, has the best local knowledge of any realtor in the area. In both transactions Jason used his local connections and network to make sure there were no issues and we closed on time. Extremely glad we choose Jason Westmoreland and his team when buying and selling property in Great Falls. He’s set the bar high for future realtor expectations.
