We bought in 2019 with Jason and then sold in late 2023 with Jason and his team. Helped us find an amazing home when buying and helped us with a quick and efficient sale moving out of the area. Jason is very quick to respond to texts and calls and, in my opinion, has the best local knowledge of any realtor in the area. In both transactions Jason used his local connections and network to make sure there were no issues and we closed on time. Extremely glad we choose Jason Westmoreland and his team when buying and selling property in Great Falls. He’s set the bar high for future realtor expectations.

Jason Westmoreland did double duty for us. He helped sell our house in a metropolis, and he negotiated an excellent purchase price on precisely the property we wanted in Great Falls. He was recommended as the most "aggressive and organized" agent in the region. I met him and was impressed by his intelligence, knowledge, and wit. I am glad that I met him early in the process; for he took time to consult with me about the intricacies of our house sale. He read documents, gave me advice on some vexing questions, and found a local title company to make certain all processes were smoothly and comfortably handled. As we viewed homes in the area, he patiently helped articulate our vision. When the house we wanted appeared, Jason handled the entire matter with aplomb. When he called to relay the news that our offer had been accepted, I was, once again, most grateful that his experience and keen eye were on our side. In the weeks following the agreement, Jason has helped us find local contractors and service providers, kept a sure hand on the process, and graced us with his friendship. Jason sincerely enjoys helping people. And although he is a top agent in the region, he is very steady, friendly, and prompt in replies and administration. I highly recommend him. .
