We had a tough property to sell but Mr Rovira did not give up. We appreciate the time and effort he put into selling our property.we would definitely use Mr Rovira again.

Lazaro is a very hard working and dedicated real estate agent. He listed and sold a vacant residential property that I owned. He provided excellent service and kept me up to date at all times as to where the real estate market was throughout the listing. He also provided great advertising and local coverage of the property. I will definitely use him again for any real estate transaction I may have. I highly recommend Rovira Team Realty.

His realty business was really great. I actually worked with one of his realtors but can't remember his name. They were very helpful in helpin me find a home in a very short amount of time. They even helped me do my VA home loan and get the best possible rate. And our monthly mortgage payment was actually way less than we were expecting. Only problem was his realtor under him we worked with was not quite all there and very hyper. But really worked his rear off helping us.

Of the nine homes we have bought and sold over the years, working with Lazaro, of Rovirateam Real Estate has been absolutely fantastic. He quickly pick up our preferences, and not only did we find the perfect home, but he negotiated the best deal, and the smoothest closing. The entire process was relaxed, and satisfying.
