2025 was a whirlwind for our family. During recovery from surgery we asked our dear friend and realtor Laura Coutts to come by and help us decide on a next project for our 73 year old expanded ranch in Mendham Borough. Following a thorough tour and fun conversation, Laura suggested some updates and mentioned maybe feeling the market to sell as our children were grown and gone. Laura introduced the 3 point sales system that Compass utilized and it sounded like a reasonable way to dip our foot in the waters of selling. She asked our “make me move” price and we were off to the races. Laura suggested a painter and flooring contractor who were both outstanding and reasonably priced. Next thing we knew, we showed our home to a lovely young couple prior to fully coming to market. Knowing our goals and with Laura serving as dual agents, we were presented with an amazing offer which provided above asking price as well as the 3 months we needed to move out of our home of 21 years. We cannot recommend Laura enough for her diligence, patience, and in depth knowledge of Mendham and the surrounding markets. The process was simple and all parties were happy with the outcome.

Laura did an amazing job at selling our family home . Her local knowledge is truly outstanding . She was always available day and night for questions , feedback and overall help and support. Laura is a perfectionist and very professional at all times , always present at showings , open houses and right until the very end at closing. We highly recommend Laura .

If you want someone to advocate for you and treat you like family, you have to work with Laura. She is the sweetest human, but also the most knowledgeable and hardworking agent ever. I swear she doesn’t sleep! We had just had a baby, so we were texting her all hours of the day, and she always responds immediately! Questions? Concerns? She is there to answer them all and make you feel calm. She is organized, sending you everything that meets your criteria, but also very honest, telling you what she thinks isn’t a good match. She is experienced and so good at her job! One example, she spotted asbestos flooring the moment we stepped into a home and she dragged us out of there! The cherry on top is when she stocked our fridge at our new home because she wanted to make sure we’re taken care of. That’s the person you want on your side. Honestly, I am sad that our process is over because I’m going to miss talking to her everyday. I’m referring her to everyone I know! Thank you Laura!!!
