We flew to Sioux City for a weekend to house hunt as we were moving from Washington to Sioux City. LaNay was so friendly and knowledgeable about the areas that we visited. A couple weeks after we were back in Washington we made a decision on a house, made and offer and LaNay did some awesome negotiating for us. We were initially going through a national lender but they changed their mind a week before we were supposed to move to Sioux City and LaNay saved the day by getting us in contact with a local lender and everything went through so smoothly. She was able to get us into our house on the date we wanted and is just an awesome agent and person! LaNay is truly a super hero. 10/10 will use her in the future.
